Proactive Marketing is the foundation of my business philosophy. Traditional Realtors have a 'let's see what happens' attitude and depend solely on The Multiple Listing Service to sell their listings or provide homes to show their buyers. Proactive Marketing is based on the principle of 'let's make it happen!' Whether working with buyers or sellers, I will seek to create opportunities for my clients. My priority is to find buyers for my listings and homes for my buyers. |

Seller Services
Present all current market data for pricing. Professionally stage home for sale. Develop a Buyer Profile for home. Create & implement custom written Marketing Plan. Provide weekly written Feedback Reports covering all showings and marketing efforts. Provide weekly Market Analysis Reports. Provide representation to secure the most money in the least amount of time. Coordinate all details while home is under contract such as Inspections, Appraisals, and Title Work. Maintain on-going support after the transaction is closed.
Buyer Services
Arrange and/or assist with mortgage Pre-Approval. Perform in-depth buyer needs analysis. E-Mail, Fax, or mail New Listings for sale immediately. Provide Buyers with community and school district information. Perform Market Analysis for potential purchase. Target Market through direct mail and telemarketing to desired neighborhoods. Assist Buyer with New Construction needs. Provide professional Buyer Representation. Coordinate all details after home is under contract such as Inspections, Appraisals, and Title Work. Provide post closing support. |
