I love working with both BUYERS and SELLERS.
When representing sellers, I prefer the title of HOME MARKETING SPECIALIST, not simply a listing agent. I am always educating myself on the ebb and flow of the current market trends, and I tailor my marketing plan to adjust for the changes in order to successfully SELL YOUR HOME. My areas of expertise include Minneapolis, Saint Louis Park and Edina.
My strengths in Buyer Representation are in working with FIRST-TIME and MOVE-UP HOME BUYERS. I also have experience working with buyers looking to RELOCATE to the Twin Cities and I am designated as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).
In addition to my real estate services, I provide ongoing REFERRAL SERVICES to all my clients. |

As a realtor, it’s important to always work with both BUYERS and SELLERS in order to have a holistic understanding of current home buying and selling trends. I believe the market must be analyzed as a whole rather than by its individual components. Working with buyers and sellers enables me to have a better understanding of the current marketplace. Remember, there is only one certainty about the Real Estate Market: it is always subject to change. My objective is to understand how it’s changing and to change with it.
I understand the emotional investment of buying and selling a home, as well as the financial investment. My philosophy is to guide you through this life-changing process with ease and confidence. |

My Professional Experience |

I have been active in the real estate business since college. My experience in real estate began when I purchased my first home in South Minneapolis at the age of 23. I have now purchased and sold more properties than most people do in a lifetime. I can say with confidence that I am career real estate agent.
I am a proud member of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Minnesota State and National Board of Realtors. 'Realtor' is a federally registered trademark, which identifies those who subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics while practicing real estate.
I am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a designation earned by completing additional educational requirements related to the special needs of buyers and relocation clients.
I am also a graduate of Integrity Selling, an ethics-based program committed to the needs and wants of the real estate client.

My Personal Background |
|
Though I'm not a native of Minnesota, I have lived in the Twin Cities since 1997 and proudly identify myself as a midwesterner. I attended the University of Minnesota, where I studied Sociology and English Literature. I currently reside in the Minikahda Vista neighborhood of Saint Louis Park with my beloved husband Andrew, my beautiful daughter Gwyneth, and my dog Penny. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, photography, live music, traveling and walks around the lake with my family. |
