I started selling real estate in 1983. In my 20+ years in the business, I have gained valuable experience selling homes in a wide range of market conditions. I have sold in sellers markets and buyers markets with interest rates as high as 18 percent. It is my experience and knowledge of the local real estate market that is my greatest asset to my clients.
I have been involved in all aspects of residential real estate: sales, appraisal, investment property, and rehabs/renovations. And as a salesperson, I believe in treating my customers as I would want to be treated.
