Who Is Jack? |
As a life-long resident of the Northeast Minneapolis and suburban area and a graduate of Fridley High School, Jack has seen many changes to the neighborhoods and cities. From the sand dune days of Fridley to the Boom of Blaine, the tornadoes of 1965, and the construction of the early 21st Century, the area has grown and provided opportunities for many. It has been exciting to see. After serving in the '60s in the Marine Corps and returning home, he married Judy 44 years ago. He and Judy raised one son, Jason, in Fridley, living on 65 1/2 Way for 28 years. While there, Jack was active in the Hockey Association of Fridley both as an assistant coach and on the Board of Directors. He also coached Little League Football for a short period of time. Along with two longtime Fridley residents, Pete Schweppe and Dick Welshons, Jack helped bring Both Youth Hockey and High School Hockey to the local community. As a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, Jack was active as an usher for over 15 year |

Professional Experience |
Jack was first licensed in 1976 and began his career selling new construction in the Brooklyn Park area. His builder had developement sites in Brooklyn Park, Maple Grove and Plymouth.
Later, Jack partnered with another builder and was a General Contractor building new homes in Coon Rapids, Champlin and Anoka. With the interest rate challenges of 1983, he decided to concentrate strictly on real estate sales.
Jack has been a partner in a real estate company in the past and currently enjoys the prominence of Coldwell Banker Burnet. He joined the company in 1991, when it was Burnet Realty, and has witnessed the transition from a great local company becoming part of a Great Global Company--Coldwell Banker. A good fit. |
