Business Philosophy
My business philosophy is simple: I strive to deliver a positive experience for every person who I have been fortunate enough to assist, in a real estate transaction. My intention is to listen first and then act on behalf of my clients.  I look forward to serving you!

To provide the highest level of real estate related counseling,  in a relaxed environment, that will allow my clients to make informed decisions with confidence.  I am committed to giving the very best version of myself (in terms of integrity, knowledge, compassion and service) to every person I work with.
 
Personal Information
Patti has been a multi million dollar producer since beginning her career in real estate in1986.  She has received the prestigious president's circle award every year since 1995 for her high level of production in listings and sales. Patti is a member of the Southern Twin Cities Association of Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  All of the associations uphold a strict code of ethics and insure their members are well versed in the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. She has served on numerous committees including chairing the Personal Relations Committee and the Equal Opportunity Committee at her local association.

I have always employed emerging real estate technologies in my business.  As a home buyer and/or seller , you can be confident that I will employ the most current technological tools to successfully market your home or make your home search an efficient process.
