Since 1987, my business philosophy is based upon my mission statement: "Best in Service, Best in Satisfaction". I strive to deliver unmatched real estate services using technology, marketing, and negotiating skills to my clients' best interests.  

While owning and managing Coldwell Banker Action Realty in Cambridge, Milaca and Princeton, I beleive that we must stay on the cutting edge of our profession by the continuous learning process of education in the real estate field and embrace change as it presents itself.

I believe that there are only 3 ways to do business in real estate. 
     1. Wait for business to happen.
     2.  Advertise and wait for business.  or ......
     3. Go out and actively get the business.   
While many agents rely on the first 2 ways of getting business ( I call them the reactive agents), I have taught that the 3rd option is always the best.  Find the Sellers and the Buyers or the real estate agents that have them.   We are the proactive agents.
