I've worked full time in the beautiful Brainerd Lakes area full time for over 20 years and am known in this area for offering quality, exceptional service to all my clients ! I've worked with many relocation buyers and sellers as well as local clients and have experience in foreclosures also. Besides earning GRI & ePRO designations I am currently a CRS member and soon will complete the education requirements for the CRS designation. Mission Statement
Janie started real estate full time in the spring of 1986 in Fargo, ND and moved to Brainerd in 1987. She has been working full time ever since obtaining many top producer awards through the various franchises she's worked for . She earned her Broker's license in 2002 and started her own independent"brokerage firm "Realty Connections" since much of her business was coming from her own referral network and past customers but in Feb 2008 decided to become affiliated with Coldwell Banker Burnet out of the St Cloud office. She is still working exclusively the Brainerd lakes area but can now network with 2500 agents out of the twin cities and better serve her clients with the powerful tools and nationwide networking Coldwell Banker' offers.

BACKGROUND: Janie has worked as a Realtor exclusively full time for *over 21 years, receiving various top producer awards and quality service awards throughout her career.
