The Woodbury Office of Coldwell Banker Burnet is located just minutes away from downtown St. Paul, the airport and the St. Croix River. Highway 94 and Highway 494/694 create easy access to all of them. As the primary corridor to Wisconsin and one of the fastest growing corridors in the twin cities, Interstate 94 makes the East Metro Regional Office of Coldwell Banker Burnet, Woodbury, a convenient location.
The atmosphere of the Woodbury Office is made up of a great collection of individuals who are friendly, supportive, energetic, professional and concerned with the quality service that their clients deserve. The office is made up of very active individuals who volunteer their time, give back to the community and believe that we are better together than as individuals.
The office is located in the heart of Woodbury and covers most of the eastern metro area including Woodbury, Oakdale, Lake Elmo, Afton, Lakeland, Maplewood, South Maplewood and East St. Paul as well as the St. Croix Valley and Western Wisconsin. The office prides itself on being a one-stop-shop by being the shared location of Burnet Title and Burnet Home Loans.
There are three school districts in Woodbury: South Washington County, District 833; Stillwater, District 834 and Maplewood-North St. Paul, District 622. Woodbury has state-of-the-art healthcare, including Woodwinds Hospital which was recently voted the #1 maternity hospital in the country!
The retail arena has exploded in the past number of years and continues to bring great shopping opportunities for out-of-towners, as well as the 55,000 residents residing in Woodbury. Some of the shopping centers in Woodbury incolude: Woodbury Lakes, Tamarack Village, Woodbury Village and several smaller malls serving adjacent housing areas.
Woodbury has an extensive park system consisting of 45 developed and undeveloped sites as well as 108 miles of connecting trails. Just about every neighborhood in Woodbury is connected to another as well as to the retail centers nearby.
The Bielenberg Sports Center houses two indoor ice rinks and a field house. Its outdoor complex consists of eight softball/baseball fields and six soccer/football fields as well as picnic facilities and play equipment.
Woodbury's Central Park is an indoor park approximately 20,000 square feet in size. It is a multi-use facility linking the R.H. Stafford Library on one end and the Southeast Area YMCA on the other end.
