About Our Office
The Coldwell Banker Burnet Office is located in the heart of Apple Valley about 20 minutes South of downtown Minneapolis or St. Paul and 15 minutes South of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport or the Mall of America. The Apple Valley sales team is both professional and highly motivated to serve our "South of The River" community. Many members of the Apple Valley Office are members of the coveted Coldwell Banker Burnet President's Club and they enjoy the honor of being in the top 50 of the entire Coldwell Banker Burnet Sales Team.

We served the entire South of the River Communities as well as the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.
