LeadRouter - In a nutshell, the most powerful lead capture system in the industry.  If a buyer or seller want more information on a particular property, you will know who they are in a matter of seconds and be able to respond with in minutes.  It's all about getting back to the customer!

Home-Info-Line - All of our listings automatically are given a specific code number that a buyer can call and access information on that listing.  Many of our homes are sold due to our commitment to getting back to the buyer in an expected amount of time.

WyldFyre - Our own software system that allows you to build custom reports and searches for your demanding clients.

You will have your own web site.

Who is Todd Urbanski

I started my real estate career in 1999 with Coldwell Banker Burnet in our Maple Grove location. From 1999 until 2006 I sold mainly residential, with a focus on new construction and investment properties.  In 2006, I took on another challenge and moved into the management side of real estate. 

What I enjoy most about managing our office in Buffalo is the great people that are on our team.  I believe that the power of our entire office helps us each individually. 

My true passion is helping each agent build their business to a level that they want to achieve.
I am a big believer in coaching and one on one mentoring.  The tools that we offer in our office have allowed me to build our little Buffalo office into one of the most productive Coldwell Banker offices in the country. 

In 2007 and 2008 and 2009  we sold more real estate in Wright County than any other office
