EXPERIENCE: As a realtor since 1978, I use my experience and enthusiasm to provide the smoothest and most enjoyable home buying and/or selling process possible.

BUYER PRE-QUALIFYING COUNSELING: I am able to meet with buyers for a 'pre-qualifying' appointment to determine mortgage qualifications and talk about their wants and needs.

SELLER MARKET ANALYSIS: I am willing to meet with  sellers to discuss their plans and offer a 'free market analysis' on their home.

NEW CONSTRUCTION:  As a realtor for over 20 years, I have represented several builders and taken classes on new construction.  This has given me the insight and experience to successfully represent buyers when they are looking for new construction. I am currently marketing 4 lots in Mounds View to be built on by one of three builders.
