Personal Background

My name is Nick Archer, and I am a Realtor in your area.
By “your area,” I mean South Minneapolis and the Nokomis neighborhood in particular.

I grew up in Nokomis and have spent the majority of my life here. I have made a few moves in the past, like many of you have or may be thinking of doing, and I returned to Minneapolis to make my home. I bought my first home in Nokomis close to Keewaydin Park, where I played baseball as a child, so the area has many memories. I still own that home but now live on Minnehaha Parkway close to Minnehaha Creek, once again returning to my roots, as I grew up in a home a 1/2 block from the Creek.

I am also very excited about the future of our city as it evolves, and hope that I can serve a positive role in the community by helping individuals and families buy and sell homes in the area.

I also work with buyers & sellers throughout the Twin Cities because I realize that everyone has their own idea of the ideal place to live.

I have a B.S. degree in Business Administration and experience working in the accounting and brokerage industries, but my real passion is real estate, and that's why when I started in this business in 2002, I teamed up with the most successful Realtor I knew...my father, Steve Archer.
I've been fortunate enough to have grown up in the industry and watched my father, Steve Archer, build a very successful business. In our early years working together, I helped him grow and incorporate new technologies. Before his retirement, I managed our entire business day-to-day for 5 years from 2005 thru 2009.
We have a very close relationship and I still seek his advice as any other former student does of their mentor. In his 25+ years in real estate, he gained a valuable amount of experience and knowledge and he was committed to passing that on to me...which I'm fortunate to say he was as successful at Mentoring as in Real Estate.
