Dave's Background

Serving the Twin Cities metro area since 2002, I provide one-stop-shopping for home buyers and sellers. I started out selling new construction and moved into existing home sales late in 2003. Having the new construction background gives me a huge edge in understanding what is going on behind the walls of homes. 

In the last few years, most of my business has been coming from past client referrals.  I tend to do the same thing when I  find great service & a professional that cares about their clients....I tell everyone! 

Whether it is relocating out of state, moving within the Twin Cities to a larger or smaller home, or buying a first home - my clients get an education and have fun at the same time.  I take pride in making the experience as pain free and rewarding as possible.  Getting the "best deal" is different for most everyone and I take the time to find out my client's true needs; this really sets me apart from many agents.  Call me for an appointment & see the difference!
