Personal Background

How do you celebrate your 30th wedding anniversary? Ginny and Tim decided to create a real estate business as a second career for both. That was in 2001, and not long after they were among the top Coldwell Banker Burnet agents. Most of their clients today are past clients and referrals, who appreciate their extra efforts and outstanding customer service.

Ginny and Tim have lived in Burnsville, MN, since 1971 where they raised their two daughters, Elizabeth and Andrea. Elizabeth lives in the San Francisco area with her husband Charlie and their daughters Elleanor and Evelyn. Andrea lives in Los Angeles and is a costumer designer in the film industry.

Tim has spent over thirty years in sales and management in the information management and real estate industries. Tim has served his community as a coach and board member on the local Burnsville Area Club and also as a Board member of the University of Minnesota M Club.
Ginny comes to real estate after 32 years as an English teacher for the Burnsville-Eagan-Savage school district. She currently volunteers at the Minneapolis Institute of Arts as a docent and as a realtor liason for the Burnsville community.

Education & Awards

Ginny earned a BA in English and Art at Concordia College, Moorhead, MN and a Masters Degree from St. Thomas University, St. Paul, MN. She has also received her GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.
Tim majored in Humanities and won the MVP Award as a full-scholarship athlete at the University of Minnesota.

The Wheelers have consistently been recognized as one of the top-10 agents in their office and have won Sterling and Diamond level awards with Coldwell Banker.
