Dave has been married to his high school sweetheart, Joan, since 1975. Their daughters are now adults and the Oswald clan is a growing, extended family. He serves the community as a Lakeville Rotary Club member and is an active leader at his local Lakeville church in a variety of ministries. Recently, Dave also serves on the Board of Directors of a new charter high school in Burnsville for teens in recovery called Sobriety High School.
Dave enjoys traveling with his wife, woodworking projects, refinishing antiques, good books, old movies and driving his vintage pickup truck!Services Available

Professional Experience
After selling his first business venture to a larger firm in the mid-1980s, Dave was recruited from the Twin Cities to the West coast by a San Francisco company. There, his corporate career in sales management, marketing and new business development flourished. Dave became a popular speaker at industry conventions across the U.S., contributed articles to trade magazines and served on the Board of Directors of his industry's leading trade association. His business development success led him back home to the city of Apple Valley in Minnesota and, eventually, to the position of president chief executive officer of a Minnesota-based international company. In early 2002, the company was acquired by a larger competitor and, following a few months of transitional consulting, Dave was free to pursue real estate.
