Before joining Coldwell Banker Burnet, Ed was a partner with Miller, Hanson, Westerbeck, Bell Architects in Minneapolis. For those 25 years he specialized in residential and commercial design, including millions of dollars in real estate development and sales.
Ed's years of experience in residential design and development have made him a creative and successful negotiator on your behalf - whether representing you as a buyer or a seller. Professional Experience
Some of Ed's most notable design projects include Galtier Plaza, Excelsior Bay Gables Condominiums, Knollwood Place Residencies, and both awarding winning Santa Rosa California City Hall and a Fire Station for the City of San Francisco. He worked on the rehabilitation of the Whitney Hotel and Renaissance Square as well as the design and development of Cedar Lake Shores, Cedar Shores, Drew Place, and 3200 Hennepin Townhomes.

Personal Background
Ed was born and raised in Minneapolis. After spending a few years in Los Angeles and Berkeley, California, he returned to Minnesota in 1968. Now after half a decade of living in Minnesota, Ed can't think of calling any other place home. He enjoys early morning walks around the Lakes with his two Bearded Collies, Oliver and Biscuit, a variety of home improvement projects and the companionship of his wife, Carolyn.
Ed's children  and grandchildren,  all live in Minneapolis.
