This is accomplished through the collaborative efforts of the many members of the Coldwell Banker Burnet team who are dedicated to the success of your housing transaction. Coldwell Banker Burnet has been getting high marks from home buying and selling customers in Minnesota and western Wisconsin since opening for business in the 1970's. It is my goal to continue this tradition !!

I can't imagine any good scenario when dealing with a short sale and our situation was no exception. It was actually compounded by additional legal activity due to title issues from a previous refinance that the bank had not properly handled.  Joe and the rest of the team made all the difference in this entire experience.  The late hour calls, the willingness to find answers to hard and new questions, and incredible patience and understanding were routine for Joe.  Our only regret is not contacting Joe and team sooner in the process.  Tim – South Metro

Although under less than thrilling circumstances, I had the privilege of working with Joe during the short sale process when selling my condo. During this very difficult situation, Joe was always professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available. Unfortunately, because of my loan situation, Joe had to simultaneously work with two mortgage companies throughout this process. One mortgage company lacked in communication skills and was difficult to contact; however, Joe was diligent and continued the process with this company leading to ultimate success. To say the other mortgage company Joe had to deal with was difficult to work with would be an understatement. This company personally had me distressed and even in tears on numerous occasions; however, Joe would always talk me through the on-going process to ensure I understood and was comfortable with all aspects of the situation. Moreover, he would even intercede on my behalf and contact a difficult and aggressive person from this company, so I would not have to personally deal with this aggression. This additional contact and attention was definitely above and beyond his duties. Joe stuck with me through this entire lengthy and difficult process, and after much hard work on his behalf, the short sale was ultimately a success.
