Personal Background

I was raised on the west side of Bde Maka Ska in Minneapolis and now reside in Linden Hills with my wife and son. Being a lifelong Minneapolis resident has given me decades of knowledge and experience of its neighborhoods, the people who reside in them, and the businesses that operate in them including major attractions, recreational facilities, music venues, restaurants, and shopping districts.


On a more personal level, music has been instrumental in my life. Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, I became a professional musician, recording and touring the world for over 22 years. In addition to performing, that time allowed me to sharpen my marketing and communication skills working with various print, radio and retail outlets.

The first step in reaching the goal of selling your home is for me to create a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that clearly presents you with the information and statistics necessary to make an educated decision about selling your home. In addition to presenting all the data so you can price your home accurately, I will create a complete marketing plan that starts from the day of listing to the day of closing. Lastly, I employ the most current and efficient technological tools to successfully market your property. From having preferred placement online to advertising in various print media outlets, your listing will readily get all the attention it deserves.
