REALTOR® in Minnesota and a member of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®. Christine has been involved in real estate negotiations and transactions for twenty five years. She has been a licensed Christine Valerius has lived in the Lake Minnetonka area for over 40 years. Christine is a licensed agent with Coldwell Banker since 2006.

Christine specializes in all areas of Minnesota, especially the Lake Minnetonka communities. Christine is also one of the leading authorities in Short Sales and foreclosures and has earned her CDPE designation. She has successfully negotiated Short Sale real estate transactions priced from $99,000 to $3.3Million and Christine has 20+ years providing exceptional customer service.

Christine’s passions include spending time with her family, boating on Lake Minnetonka and meeting new people. She heads up a group of 200+ families with children from Guatemala and is involved in fund raising for Hands-of-Hope medical mission in Guatemala. She has traveled to Russia, Guatemala, Mexico and numerous places in the Caribbean.
