Kelley Neumann joined Coldwell Banker Realty in 2005. 

She holds both MN & Western WI real estate licenses.  She raised her family in Minnesota and she now lives in Wisconsin.

Her consistent efforts have earned her many successes and personal goals in her real estate career.  As she quotes, "The way to achieve your own success is to be willing to help somebody else get it first."  Kelley loves to help!

She shares her time building business relationships with both Buyers and Sellers as well as other sales associates within her company through education, support, mentoring, and providing career opportunities.

Kelley found her heart is in helping people and being out and about sharing her knowledge and experience.  She loves looking at houses with her Buyers, finding that perfect one.  Helping her sellers with the perfect strategy, pricing, and with the preparation they need to manage decisions well.  She also makes time to help other sales associates through the company leadership programs and positions she has held during her career. She has truly found her happy ground! 

Nothing brings out her passion more than working to empower people with her knowledge to create better energy through teamwork, communication, and care. You could call her the “People Whisperer” for her listening skills that bring out the best in people. Her best abilities shine when she’s listening to others so she can add value, problem-solve, and put a plan together to reach your goals, no matter what the market is presenting.

She does this by providing a wide range of hands-on, face-to-face experience working with clients.  She is also equipped to handle the virtual and electronic side of technology, whatever you prefer for your convenience.  You choose.

Keeping current is important to her.  She has detailed education as a Pricing Strategy Advisor, Negotiation Expert, Home Staging, Leadership, Recruiting, mentoring training to help others reach their life goals.

Her favorite topics are scoping out areas with Market Evaluations, Home Selling Preparation, Listing and Buyer Presentations, Negotiation Strategy, Marketing, and she always loves meeting people at Open Houses or in the community.  Making connections and networking!  Being a part of and serving a community is always rewarding and always enjoyed by Kelley.

Her prior experience as a Short Sale Expert during the market crash, provided a lot of opportunities to price homes for Loss Mitigators, coupled with the National Designation as a Pricing Strategy Advisor makes her fearless at pricing homes!

On her time off, you would likely find Kelley somewhere outside, possibly foraging mushrooms with her husband Mark, a retired high school English teacher and wrestling coach.  They have a combined family of 8 children and 7 grandchildren. Kelley is a believer and volunteers at Eagle Brook Church in Woodbury.  She plans to be a runner into her 60’s, she hopes to write a short book or two, she is always learning how to paint, she is a glass artisan, and being outside enjoying the beauty in a garden.  She loves early mornings spent in the community at local Farmers Markets.  Kelley is  a constant Creator and Saleswoman!
