Our business philosophy is simple: We strive to deliver a positive experience for every customer. This is accomplished through the collaborative efforts of the many members of our team who are dedicated to the success of your housing transaction.

After joining her mother, Mary-Thorpe-Mease, at Coldwell Banker Burnet Minneapolis Lakes office in 2006, she has had remarkable success in growing their business and continues to excel as a Top Performer. Currently, 98% of her business is direct referrals, and almost 50% of the homes she sells and helps buyers buy are located in Minneapolis. She brings creativity and market savvy to each transaction and works with all budgets. Additionally, she is honored to work with any service member active or retired is knowledgeable about VA loans and processes. In an effort to continue to be educated in her field, she has joined the Professional Standards Committee in 2014 + present and served on the the Board of Directions for the Minneapolis Area Association for Realtors from 2014-2017.

Margaret produces creative solutions, manages multiple tasks for her clients, works successfully with teams and stays focused on results. Her clients throughout her 30 years in sales marketing know they can count on her to achieve their goals. Her previous career track as a senior Account Executive in the corporate incentive and travel industry, has been spent calling on Fortune 1000 companies and executives nationwide, as well as locally.

I hail from Minneapolis and grew up in Edina, MN. I am proud to be a 4th generation Realtor. My great- grandfather started a residential real estate company called Thorpe Brothers. They sold off the residential branch in the 80's and the commercial business remained.
